The Dough
Vanilla whey protein, dates, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract, chicory root syrup, honey and sea salt.

The Filling
The fillings vary depending on the flavour you choose and may include ingredients such as nut butters, biscuits, confectionery, spreads, fruit, sauces and other sweet treats.

The Finish
Each Pruffl is coated in tempered dark, milk or white chocolate, depending on the flavour.

All Pruffls contain the following allergens:

All Pruffls are prepared in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, eggs, sesame, sulphites, celery, mustard, lupin and other cereals containing gluten. Whilst every care is taken to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these allergens.

As a guide, each Pruffl contains approximately:

• 7-8g protein
• 12-15g carbohydrates
• 2–2.8g fibre

made fresh to order - please allow 5 to 7 days for us to create and dispatch (we'll always try to send sooner). once your pruffls leave us, they travel via royal mail tracked 24, so most arrive the next day. tracking is sent as soon as your order is on its way.

in the rare event of a delay, your pruffls will keep well at room temperature.

good at room temperature for up to 10 days. best served refrigerated. if you don't like fridge cold chocolate, leave out of the fridge for 30 mins.

they also freeze well for up to three months. when you're ready, a few hours to defrost in the fridge is all they need.
