each box of pruffls is made fresh to order. please allow 5-7 days for us to make and dispatch your order - we'll always aim to send sooner where we can.

once your order leaves us, it travels with royal mail tracked 24, so most parcels arrive the next day. you'll receive tracking details as soon as your pruffls are on their way.

in the rare event of a delay in transit, your pruffls are designed to keep well at room temperature, so there's no need to worry.

Discount Codes

discount codes cannot be combined. only one code may be applied per order, and offers cannot be stacked with one another.

for example, the 4ORMORE discount cannot be used alongside a 10% off code, or any other promotional offer.
