None of our pruffls are pre-made before going live. Pruffls are made live on the website each Wednesday from 6PM. From Thursday onwards, we will start creating the pruffls. Please allow 5-7 days for me to create and dispatch your pruffls.

Once your order leaves us, it travels with Royal Mail Tracked 24, so most parcels arrive the next day. you'll receive tracking details as soon as your pruffls are on their way.

in the rare event of a delay in transit, your pruffls are designed to keep well at room temperature, so there's no need to worry.

Nothing is pre-made.

I use a lot of fresh, whole ingredients meaning that the pruffls do not last as long as your standard protein bar. With this in mind, rather than making stock before putting them live and running the risk of a lot of expensive wastage - I create the pruffls once we get an idea of what products are looking popular that week.

This way, you as the customers get more choice of what we have available that week, and also it avoids pruffls losing a lot of stock due to them not selling.

I am also a one-man-band so I will always do my best to get them made and ready for you as quickly as possible, but it's only me, a couple of chocolate tempering machines, and a handful of chocolate moulds.

Yes, they freeze really well for up to 3 months. It takes about 30 minutes for the pruffls to be ready-to-eat after taking out of the freezer and left on the side.

All pruffls includes Milk, Peanuts, Wheat (gluten), Oats (gluten), and Soya.

Please note: This product is handmade in a home kitchen, the product may also contain: Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites.

All of these options are ones I am hoping to create in the near future.

Right now, this is something I am unable to do, but I would like to be in a position soon to have these options available.
