My Story
Losing six stone taught me a lot about protein. It also taught me that most protein snacks are not really enjoyable. Pruffl came out of that frustration - a real chocolate truffle built on a dough of quality protein, dates, oats, honey and chia seeds, with indulgent centres sealed inside. Something you'd choose, not just tolerate.
